The Role:

Executive Assistant

As an Executive Assistant, you play a crucial role in supporting the management and contribute to an efficient and professional working environment. You are responsible for various administrative and organizational tasks and provide support in financial processes. Thanks to your accuracy and service-oriented attitude, you ensure that everything runs smoothly!

What will you do:

• Supporting the management with agenda management, correspondence and 
  communication.
• Coordinate and plan appointments, meetings and business trips.
• Preparing and taking minutes of meetings and monitoring action points.
• Support with financial administrative tasks, such as invoicing.
• Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external contacts.
• Supporting projects and initiatives within the organization.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and thinking along about process optimization
• Monitoring deadlines and following up on action points

What We’re Looking For:

• A completed MBO or HBO education in an administrative direction, or demonstrable relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a support administrative position
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, accurate and service-oriented attitude
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing
• Experience with financial administration and accounting systems is an advantage
• Affinity with the agricultural sector or technology is a plus
